  • Yes. Coaching is available during a pre-selected time so regardless of your location we will work to find a time convenient to you.

  • We currently provide services in English only.

  • At this time, we do not accept insurance. By request we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider to facilitate reimbursement for any covered out-of-pocket coaching costs. Contact our customer care for more assistance at customercare@uwacare.com

  • We do not provide refunds for services already rendered. Charges will be applied at the time of coaching session.

    • No shows will be charged the full amount.

    • 15 mins grace period is provided for video coaching sessions after which you will be charged in full for the session. No additional time will be added to your scheduled appointment for late starts.

    • Charges will be applied to chat sessions at the beginning of your session and are not prorated for less time used.

    • Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee.

    • Cancellations less than 2 hrs will be charged 100% fee.

  • All chat and video sessions provide live access to board certified pediatrician Dr. Kwaji.
